  The Facemod Self-Centerpiece Candlestick was designed by Gamil to showcase and make use of rapid prototyping processes. The shape of each candlestick is derived directly from the outline of a person's profile. Gamil then renders the CAD file by rotating the outline, and then sends the file to a 3D printer. The result is a completely unique, personalized sculpture. Gamil not only designed the object concept, but the process for creating new files from digital submittals, as well as the information and marketing components of the sales model.
